Here is a case where ONE atheist is able to enlist the support of the federal courts to remove a religous object, long established as a memorial to Korean Vets, and against the wishes of the VAST majority of the populance. Really disgusting IMHO. Maybe its time Federal judges be ELECTED not appointed for life. jdn
