Whether there are any current, past, pending or threatened legal proceedings or administrative actions either by or against the issuer that could have a material effect on the issuer’s business, financial condition, or operations.[...] What do you think the SEC will do when they find out about the BK and its related pending proceedings? Or will that issue have no interest from the SEC?
