Hovsepian, who also has been elected to the Board of Directors, has been President & COO since Oct 2005. Co also announces that Thomas Plaskett, a director of Novell since Nov 2002, has been elected non-executive Chairman of the Board. Co's Board of Directors has determined that former CEO Jack Messman and former CFO Joseph Tibbetts, Jr will leave NOVL's employment, effective June 21.
