why do you want to hedge??
things look great..of course it's when things look great that you need hedging<gg>
for every share of cpq you own buy a oct 65 or oct 70 put..
this will hedge the stk.

or another way is to just sell covered calls on the stk you own.
so if you own 5000 shares sell the oct 75 calls on the stk
you will get over 25,000 for the covered calls on 5000 shares.
good luck
you can sell 70 calls and get even more and hedge it at a lower price.
