Rasmussen skews 5-10% higher for Bush than any other poll.
Why that is I don't know, but the poll of polls (averaging all of them) has Bush at about 36% now, slightly up after the Zarqawi kill, but starting to fade again.

If you're insinuating that Bush is now popular again, you're a complete delusional idiot. Bush remains the least popular president since Nixon during Watergate and all the top pollsters have concluded that Bush's disapprovals (55%-60%) are rock hard while his approvals (29%-38%) are soft.
