Listened to the HISC CC that was much ballyhooed by BigApple. Basically, Frank Moody goes to shell company EVSI, Wick is CEO of HISC, ActSoft deal is off, ActSoft is selling CT's, revenues are "promising" but not the projections of last year.
Other than FM "very excited," I just don't see the value of this conference. "Could become a target for acquisition," doesn't cut it.
The shell dividend, postponed again, probably is not going to keep the share price over the penny range IMO. EVSI will open > .50, but what will keep it up there? A clean shell is not worth more than a million bucks. Will the dividend shares be free trading or will they try to restrict them?
Unfortunately, as I've posted before, management needs to cut the share count, give up its rights in the preferred to make the share price spike to where longs will get what was promised last year.
Based on fully diluted share count of 2.8 billion shares and counting (including the preferred), I just don't see it as a buy above .007-.008.
In any event, hope I'm wrong and best of luck to all longs here. |
