I may be missing the boat, but it looks to me like PFE must be buying SEPR to get into the sleep market. My impression has been that they want in this market in a big way. Now, if they don't have a deal in pocket on SEPR, why would they throw in the towel on I? No more bargaining leverage with SEPR, so I think the deal may be done. And the fact that PFE can't compete in the sleep market until 180 days after termination with NBIX may be a factor. Seems to me that nbix could be getting something of value here for "free" because of PFE's circumstances. Is is likely that PFE is just kissing off the sleep market completely and my SEPR speculation is wrong? Absolutely. But I'm doubling down.
