Regarding your last point, I do not see that questions "if any of management has filed?" I see on page two, item (viii), #4: “Whether the issuer (and/or any predecessor) has been in bankruptcy, receivership, or any similar proceeding - NO” [My understanding is that this is a questions pertaining to whether Plasticon, Whicklund Holdings, and/or Whicklund Petro, etc. has filed for bankruptcy protection, etc.] …and then on page 10, item (xi), B. it goes on to list: Legal/Disciplinary History of the executive/management personnel, but I do not see bankruptcy referenced in that list of questions. Am I missing something? I can’t find what you are referring to. t
