Well maybe some form of energy weapon attack, or more likely some form of jamming on their telemetry and communications. And then I suppose there could be something totally new that I don't know about. Maybe they'll be able to stop the launch with diplomacy. Maybe. Hopefully. But if so problems with North Korea will probably prop up again. Their regime is a problem that keeps comming around and around again.
