Excellent commentary! This country has many, many examples of highly successful women in the corporate and government world. And, there are more each day. I also agree that some people think they should start at the top or rise more quickly in the food chain. IOW, some don't really want to work for the promotion. Give it to me now. I deserve it. We have been kept down for too long.
