BERN: Nokia CDMA mkt exit not a problem. Sell-off yesterday was unwarranted. Qualcomm Inc-QCOM Nokia's CDMA market exit is not a problem@BERN Bernstein believes that concerns over India, China and Latin America possibly switiching over to GSM are overdone as the cost to doing so is substantial. They add that QCOM has made it a priority to deliver very low cost chipsets that should reduce the GSM cost advantage. Thus, they believe QCOM's sell-off yesterday was unwarranted
