Iraq will remain frozen and completely screwed until the US completely leaves.

If the U.S. leaves too soon, Iraq will turn into the most violent, dangerous land on earth, and the deranged Islamists will spread their influence into Jordan, Israel, Saudi and Egypt, for starters.

If we don't defeat the extremely dangerous, demented and brutal Islamists now, while we have the chance, we will all suffer the consequences shortly after we pull out. If the US is defeated, as you seem to want, then the world will be plunged into an Islamic nightmare of fundamentalist violence and brutality.
