Who says Nokia would not be able to sell WCDMA phones. They had a 10yr case with Interdigital where they simply accrued royalty costs on the balance sheet until it was settled. They still sold phones. Are you assuming Qcom wins an injunction case? That's a pretty big if. What if they don't win?
