If I read the recent disclosures that came with the annual meeting announcement, the top executives of kgfc don't own share of stock in the company. Being a recent stockholder, I don't know if they did in fact own stock in the past and have dumped it based upon information they had and which us poor slobs did not have. This is an area that deserves more research. I could offer multiple speculations on the heavy trading. I would guess that the reason is again based upon buyers knowing something we don't know----or think they know!
