It's impossible to imagine the frustration and stress on American soldiers in Iraq today — impossible, or maybe it's simply not something we willingly work to imagine. I agree with the second part of this statement. It's not impossible, it is...most people just don't want to know the dirty little details....I watched a clip on CSPAN last night...a brief five minute video of an army raid on some houses in iraq in the middle of the night...it was shot by an embedded reporter. It made me very emotional for a number of reasons. I need to see such things to know what our kids are going through...Americans need to see such things to know what is being done in their name, and the consequences of their presumed "safety"...i believe that the criminals are those in charge at the highest levels, for starting such misguided madness, not the soldiers who are human beings put in the most unimaginably difficult circumstances.
