JM - The JPM report has a point. What incentive is there for NOK to settle anything. They can delay and delay for years if necessary. In the meantime they can say they are increasing their W-cdma patent portfolio and consequently their proportionate share of the total ie relative to the Q. When NOK talks the market seems o listen and act. Sadly Q doesn't seem to have this kind of clout. Look how easily they took the stock down $6 in two days at a time that Q is expoecting record earnings.These people have real clout. Best, L
