The only problems I had were with the drivers


I had a driver problem when I went to Windows XP. There were no updates on HPs website, but their online tech support pages said XP should auto-detect and install drivers. I emailed tech support and they kept copying and pasting the same text to me as an answer.

Now I worked in tech support, so I know the drill. I know they have pre-compiled stock answers for common questions. But it reflects very poorly on HP's support when they can't recognize the square peg doesn't fit in the round hole.
