Hi Waldy, Those employment contracts appear, at first glance, to be excessive. That might be understating the obvious just a bit. It's enough to make a shareholder ill; glad I'm not one at the moment.

Management always talks about trying to increase shareholder value but it's their value they're trying to increase. And that they have accomplished.

A little cognac and a good Cuban will make it all seem better.
