the only way to shut off nytimes is to stop buying the paper or support them in advertisements. If you feel there are good reporters working for the nyt they will find employment elsewhere. One of the best things nyt did was charge for their certain writers articles. i expect this shut down a lot of msn coverage on networks and blogs. Perhaps we can get the nyt to pass on a price increase that will drive more readers away from the paper.
