last month four crimes ,murders , robberies all different section in philly within an hour around 10am. one was in center city, the point I was making it is not one section. yes it is obvious there are sections you never go into but the crime is spreading out.. even out here at local mall we have had a few women in the last two weeks robbed at gun point going back to the cars with groceries.
