Not the worst thing that can happen to him, the worst things tend to have the words "indictment" or "inoperable" associated with them, but... Old Grover was the one that coined the phrase about starving government so much through tax cuts that you could "drowned in a bathtub". He's a big part of the far right Republican anti-tax "brain trust", a fanatic but very powerful. It would be ironic to see him ultimately get nailed for tax evasion.
