Russell3000 rebalancing...

Adding some stocks that have been of interest around here....BKHM, RAE, CPST, two bird-flus BCRX and NVAX, and one of my baby steels ZEUS..

BTW...one of the stocks being dropped in the rebalancing is VLNC......subject of one of the more popular SI threads...vbg
