Here an insteresting item. SPRL has filed a Form 15 with the SEC regarding Rule 12g-4(a)(1)(i) which will apparently allow it to exist on the OTCBB without having to file it's quarterlies, etc.... pinksheets.com law.uc.edu That would seem to allow for published OTCBB BID-ASK quotations without a lot of the attendent hassles.... John :-) .
