In the Vietnam case, it wasn't the military who lost the war, it was the media and politicians who lost it.

So it doesn't matter what the soldiers do, never mind the results of the battles, if you've got critical TV reports coming in you lose?
Wow. That's one powerful media machine. Does it work the other way too, so if they say you won it doesn't matter what actually happened?

Obviously the Pentagon should be closed, the armed forces disbanded and the entire budget handed over to Fox <w>
