I suppose but ultimately their customers pay the tax which is why it is absurd to suggest penalizing Exxon/Mobile for instance because they made money. Sure windfall them so they can raise gas .10 more per gallon to pay for it. I guess that is my biggest bitch both as a business owner and personal tax payer, the idiots in DC attempting to social engineer via the tax code.
