This week's i-Wave................. Much improved Value Line P/Es this week. While hardly bullish, the current values will drop the Large Cap of VL back into the Neutral range for the first time in months. Small Cap also improved, but not enough to reduce the Relative Valuation to Neutral. Still every little bit helps. Also, large cap Speculation is near its Bullish range this week. Again, like with the P/Es the larger cap is closer to Bullish than the smaller caps. Even so, the smaller cap Speculation is much improved. I'll have the BARRONS info later on and will finish up the rest of the i-Wave data for the week. Looks like we'll see continuing improvement overall. This should give us an overall climate much healthier for starting new investments. At least there will be some upside potential to help balance the downside risk. Best regards, Tom
