It seems that the NYTs hasn't quite got a grip on the idea that we've declared war on terrorism and therefore leaking of our war plans or any (secret) weapons that we're using is providing aid and comfort to the enemy......... What threat does this financial tracking system pose towards Joe Average American that the Times thought it important enough to print? I might fear this tracking program.....if I were doing something illegal.
