Businesses that investigate all of the factors before starting a new enterprise are not very nimble. The businesses that succeed are the ones that take advantage of opportunities quickly.

There are numerous factors that cause businesses to fail. The number one reason is owners that cannot sell. Underfunding is not as critical of a failure factor, because if the business is otherwise well run funding can be found. Inability to delegate is a factor when the business starts to succeed.
