Steve; were not some of the telcos showing a very strong support for cap. It was even proposed as a second standard. I know that in a lot of huge companies no metter what they will support the original views for a while since some of the top management would not want take a blame for or admit a wrong choice. Again I placed my bet on dmt. -Albert
