i am happy i do not use ROBERTSON, STEPHENS & CO. as my brokerage firm after seeing their response to your well thought out letter. i would not have minded if he explained you are not a client and he does not respond to non-clients. but the rudeness does not endear one to ROBERTSON, STEPHENS & CO. brokerage firm. i commend you on writing a letter that focused not on personalities but facts and honest discourse. keep to your guns of discussing facts and areas that can be discussed. you appear to have hit a nerve with your analysis of this "expert".
