Yeah,that's the one. Probably, in that case, suffocation, from no O2.

In humans, CO2 begins to act as a depressant when the blood levels get to around (ballpark figure off the top of my head) 100. Can get to the point the person is so narcotized that respirations cease. Something we have to deal with in patients with lung disease who are "CO2 retainers". Too much O2 and they slow their respirations enuf to build up CO2 and fall asleep, and may die.
