EVERY media who repeated the so called "news" should be held to account. Give them their day in court.

And what penalty would you apply to a news outlet who reported a quote by a prominent Member of Congress? Are you suggesting that news media not quote prominent Members when they say startling things? Should we abolish TV interviews and press conferences, or just not print any quotes? What are you proposing?
