Alan

I just arrived home from town and saw the news. My take on this (based on the preliminary numbers) is one of two things. Either they got one heck of a deal or something stinks. I've a feeling that this is more about StarTrak going public then ALAN being a bargain buyer of a profitable company.

If I were running a company that does 20mm in sales with 2mm in profit (assuming that is net/net) why would I sell that company for 15mm, all in stock of a company, that has not ever turned a profit?

I still own a little bit of ALAN so I have some interest in the stock doing well, but........
