Peter, I meant that anyone thinking of starting up a personal business should have some education into what it takes to do so, and what may happen along the way. That would precede the actual start up of any business.

I wonder about people wanting to fund a small business, or family, business. These days it seems that most investors are glued to the stock market, which keeps some money away from the possible use by smaller businesses.

The ability to delegate is the most important factor of running any business. The main point of good management is to be able to delegate what needs to be done to those that can carry the ball.
