I think it is very bizarre that someone would sort of laugh and sort of shake her head at this story, but that is just me. I think that most people do not find this a laughing matter. Especially someone that has ever suffered from the use of such weapons.

I also understand that some people prefer not to hear about this "old pre-1991 stuff" and might find the whole thing boring.

There certainly is no stopping the media when they decide to run a story as we've seen this past week, so I guess some of us just have to suffer along.
