As far as subsidizing their terrorist activities, I don't remember hearing any caveats in this nuke deal that would address terrorism in any way.

There's more to this deal than light reactors. There's also an opening of trade I believe.

I THINK Bush wants them to turn the deal down.

I don't think there are any easy answers at this point. Like everything Bush has touched, THIS will probably blow up too.

Iran asked for talks 3 years ago and Bush in his infinite wisdom just blew them off. They had a viable reform movement and a President that was somewhat pragmatic. If we had used that opportunity we might have gotten a break through.

But we did nothing but say bad things about Iran and now we've got this mess.

Another Bush accomplishment.
