barringer, Viagra is not a narcotic even though a prescription is needed for one to buy it in the pharmacy, but in many cases with any prescription drug, doctors will have the drugs on hand and give them to his patients. There is nothing wrong, or against the law, about what happened to Rush. The problem was that he is a conservative living in a hot bed of liberals and they will do anything to try to embarrass him. If you think a person taking Viagra to help in his sex life is being a drug addict, you have no clue what a real drug addict is. There may come a day that you will search for Viagra any way you can get it when your pencil runs out of lead.
