The Delisting knocked another 10% off the stock's price this AM. Not particularly good.

The statement indicates no effort to get re-listed other than the "Other than not being able to file financial statements, all other requirements for listing are satisfied."

Well, the board of directors will have to be settled before relisting, also. Sounds like they need to get the accounting firm working overtime if they want to return to the NASDAQ.
