When you get a Paul Volker in the ointment you could slow that 50 year demand down.

If money is too expensive Commodity demand slows drastically.

My guess is another 6 or 7 years before the market cools. I don't plan on living for 50 years anyway. Replacement parts for my body could get out of hand.
