[...]recall the old adage, "Do not invest more than you are willing to loose[sic]".

UPDATE: April 25, 2006
[...]
Outstanding Shares

The company has increased the number of outstanding shares as of April 2006 to over 13 billion! This has had a dilutive effect with the share value falling in half each time the outstanding shares has doubled. This activity is already priced in to the currect value of the stock; however, there is no guarantee that the company will not do it again although we view that as unlikely as 13 billion already seems like an incredible number!

The company has promised that at some future point in time, the outstanding shares will be addressed via the mechanism of a share buyback and retirement, and this issue is second to their primary goal of releasing audited numbers for 2005 and first quarter 2006, which they continue to make progress on.

Action to Take

This is an extremely high risk investment. But like all high risk investments, this stock has a staggering potential to rise 1000% or more over the next several years (provided that no illegalities have occurred such as false press releases).

Go to Plasticon International's website at: plasticonintl.com
Investigate their product lines further and make sure to click on the "Online Press Room" and read all the press releases over the last year.

If you are still interested in this outrageously high risk investment, recall the old adage, "Do not invest more than you are willing to loose."
