Chris,
The Dominican republic is a tourist, fishing, golf, resort destination. I dunno what Rush was doing there but he has a right to go there. Busting some guy for bottle of viagra in his doctors name is a bit trite don't you think? Especially when the FEDs won't even protect the border from illegal immigration.
