For amplification:

"influence peddling" combined with effective money-laundering.

plus:

The Iraq model relative to sub-contracting to favored suppliers on a no-bid basis with kickbacks.

and:

The Iraq model relative to no control over performance for funds disbursed

If you expect me to educate you relative to the performance of the Bush Administration, I am afraid you will have to look elsewhere.
