I was simply asking for what you meant by your post. It was not supported by the article you linked.

You then told me that you were not saying that Bush administration personnel were perpetuating the Katrina related fraud to which the article alluded.

Now you're talking about Abramoff and Iraq contractors.

Out of curiousity, is this all one big gigantic conspiracy in your mind or just a succession of smaller conspiracies?
