A Muslim builds mosques and has respect for the Koran just like Saddam. A secular Muslim does not require their women folks to stay at home and not go to work in offices which the fundamentalist Taliban did to their women. The secular Saddam did not force the menfolk to grow beards and wear long flowing robes to cover their entire body like the Taliban and Al-Qaeda require of their members etc. etc. etc.
