It's not worth popping a stitch or two for. If the SEC informal inquiry becomes a formal investigation then it will be more interesting. Until then it's all speculation

I'm still waiting for the press release from PLNI admitting the SEC informal inquiry. It's usual for companies to put out a PR to explain it to the public, and is usually followed by the filing of an 8-K.
