Here's my feelings about the pink sheets long awaited trauma! 1. Pink Sheets did their responsibility by making Turek disclose information to the investment community. 2. Pink sheets is not a regulatory authority and After 5 revisions, they are simply tired of trying to get Turek to give out the correct info, such as the 15.9%, the float etc etc... 3. the SEC is doing an informal inquiry so at this point Pink sheets understands that truth will be sorted out in Time? 4. PLNI stated that they did not know what the informal SEC inquiry was about...obviously they continue to lie to the investment community in writing..IMHO 5. Pinksheets simply says that they are not a regulator and will let the SEC handle whatever PLNI fraud exists, if any. regards shorts
