You realize that several papers published this, not just the Times, right? I find it strange that the Times is singled out. Seems to me it's an orchestrated attack on the press- and the admin is starting with the NY Times because elements in Bush's base have some very strange paranoia about that paper- or else why ignore the fact the other media outlets covered the same ground? In this case I would not be surprised if leaks were given on purpose, just so the Times would print the story, and could be attacked. Normally I'm not a conspiracy believer, but this would have been too easy too set up.
