Hi T, My lucky stars were shining brightly back around the first of the year and I "rebalanced" my account in significant ways. Most of that work involved raising huge amounts of cash. My risk indicator remained "high risk" through much of the time since Jan 1st.......

and

(risk has been falling dramatically in both the larger and smaller cap arenas recently)

......which gave me pause in returning much of that cash to the market place. So, although I didn't get fully liquid, the Equity/Cash ratio improved significantly to the cash side. Cash is actually earning a nice yield now - far higher than any of my stocks' dividends.

For the first couple of months it seemed that the reduced equity position was going to hurt performance. Now it seems as though it was prudent. I've only just started to re-deploy the cash.

BTW, For those that haven't found it yet, the new VTSS symbol is VTSS.PK for now.

Best regards, Tom
