Do these demos include the NetGain enhancements? Or, are they just enhanced versions of BROC's old UNIX software?

The latest press release I can find on NetGain is that Brock has "announced plans to acquire Internet based technology". Has the acquisition been completed? Or is this actually a licensing activity, similar to the First Floor arrangement?

Sorry if you're the wrong person to be asking. Anybody else who can help is welcome to try.
