his sentencing has been delayed once again, apparently. He's being held in a facility in Las Vegas, probably the county jail or some such, unless there's a Federal lockup in the area, pending sentencing. His defense, paid by us taxpayers as he had 2 public defenders, was that he was victimized by others, presumably the Inter Oil Gulf guys. It obviously didn't was with the jury as they nailed him. He's not going anywhere for quite a while, I believe, and he has a restitution order facing him as well. Fat chance anyone will get anything from him as he spent huge sums on pleasing his pecker, among other vices. When I get the info on the sentencing I'll post it - have a call in to the Federal Prosecutor's office on that but no response so far. Dee Jay
